With good weather set in for the Easter bank holiday weekend, Burnham shaped up to be a corker of an opening round to the British National Championships. With expectations high, the town, organisers and competitors didn't fail to disappoint.

Poor visibility on Saturday morning, caused the Brit kids A race to be delayed by an hour and a half or so, however this didn't dampen spirits in the under 12 category. A good turn out in all categories in Sunday's races gave the large crowd of spectators a real treat.
